Big Lie

What’s the real meaning 

When life tells us a lie

And each time you reach

The ideal seems to die.

 

No matter the content

We all know it’s true

The real world is false

the lie stares back  to you.

 

I fight for all I am

And try to help the rest

But at times the goals fail

Even as I target the best.

 

But, no matter what

I see it thru my eyes

The whole story of this life…

so full of big white lies.
