Morning has broken
night slips away
beams of sunlight
announce the day.
With closed eyes
and welcoming face
sunrays and sleep
passingly embrace.
Held by a glimmer
so light a touch
soothing massage
in a loving clutch.
High emotions
like love's first kiss
seep through pores,
a sighing wish.
