I wonder where the darkness goes
when daylight does appear.
It seems to crack a smile
when the sun is coming near.
Wonder how the sun knows
when night is coming around.
It simply waits till twilight
then smiles on the way down.
The closing of the day
marks the closing world's eye.
The sun setting patiently
waves to the world, "Goodbye"!!!
