In my half sleep stupor
I can feel you nearby
A soft song being sung
a whisper passing by.
I feel your history
love you need to give.
All of life's passion
at your loving will.
Nothing less than amazing
we met at the time we did.
No longer need I shun feelings
nor keep them hid.
I can pour out my soul
cry if I feel the need.
For the love we share
planted from heaven's seed.

Life can be hectic,
Almost insane at times
But I'll forever sleep calmly
For you're there as I close my eyes.
When days seem too bad to bear,
It seems things couldn't get worse
I'm at peace again
With only a simple verse.
Your words simply magic,
Nothing short of beautiful
Like the soothing to a baby of a mothers touch
Leaving the mind at peace, the body feeling so wonderful.
